Student Field Trip

Service Description

Our working bee farm provides a safe and engaging environment where students of all ages can experience hands-on agricultural education while gaining a deeper appreciation for honeybees and their vital role in our ecosystem. At the heart of our field trip experience is the Sadie Grace Farms Bee Barn, a specially designed learning space that allows groups to safely observe honeybees from behind secure screens and viewing areas. This setup provides an up-close look at live hives without direct contact, ensuring a safe and controlled environment for students, educators, and chaperones. Inside the Bee Barn, participants can watch bees at work, observe hive behavior, and learn how colonies function—all while remaining at a comfortable distance. This unique feature allows even younger students or first-time visitors to learn confidently and safely. ​ ​ How to Schedule - Field trips are available March through November between 9:00 AM and 12:30 PM. -To schedule your visit, please email SadieGraceFarms@gmail.com with your preferred date, estimated group size, and any educational goals or topics you'd like your students to learn about. We'll work with you to create a memorable and engaging experience for your group. Field trips can be scheduled Tuesday through Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays. ​ ​ Costs $15 per person A minimum of 5 guests is required to book a field trip. The minimum booking cost is $75. Each additional guest is $15 per person. Field trips can accommodate up to 50 guests, including students, parents, teachers, and chaperones. All attendees must have a ticket.
