Service Description

2026 Class dates: July 18, 2026 This is a hands-on class at our apiary from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Snacks and Drinks provided. The Honey Production class teaches all about how to harvest honey. When to harvest, how to remove frames, bee removal techniques (brushes, repellents), uncapping, extracting, and checking moisture content. Each participant will go home with a small jar of honey they helped to harvest and extract.
