Beekeeping 201: Next Steps in Advanced Learning! ✨🐝 This is a hands-on class at our apiary from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Snacks and drinks will be provided. ---- Our Next Level Beekeeping Class 201 is the perfect opportunity for hands-on learning and a classroom session on advanced topics to take your beekeeping skills to the next level. Beekeeping 201 will dive deeper into what beekeeping is all about and more advanced topics for those who have completed our Beekeeping 101 or for the beekeeper ready to take their skills to the next level. ​ Topics: - Bee Biology - Diseases and Viruses - Hive Growth/Increasing Honey Production - Requeening - Honeybee Nutrition - Problem-Solving - Making Splits - Bearding and Robbing Behaviors - Question and answer session at the end of Class - HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE IN THE BEE YARD Available class dates: - June 28, 2025 - July 26, 2025 - September 6, 2025 This Class is $125.00 per person and offers a comprehensive 5-hour learning experience. ​There will be a maximum of 20 students per Class to ensure a great experience. Beekeepers are required to bring their suits and gloves. This fee is nonrefundable, so please check your schedule before signing up.
